Marci Sweet, VP of Marketing, DentalXchange

  • Marci Sweet joined DentalXChange as Associate Vice President in April of 2022 bringing over 18 years marketing experience with over seven years in healthcare IT. Marci leads all aspects of marketing, creating new marketing initiatives, increasing brand awareness, improving customer engagement while closely collaborating with sales and product. In 2023, Marci was promoted to VP of Marketing. Marci is the co-chair of the Empower Network for Women in DSO

Sarah Sharfstein, VP of Commercialization, The Aspen Group

  • Sarah Sharfstein joined Aspen Dental Management, Inc. in October of 2018 in the newly created role of Vice President of Category Development and Strategy, with a focus on creating and growing the Orthodontic business. In an already consumer-centric company, she has focused on leveraging technology to optimize the consumer experience and help dentists and their teams educate their patients about the benefits of clear aligner therapy. In 2023, Sarah moved into the role of Vice President, Commercialization for the four key service lines across the organization. In this role, her team is responsible for the development of commercial strategy to ensure that doctors and teams have a clearly defined operating playbook, are using the best technology and are able to offer their patients the best products and services on the market at an affordable price.

Jessica Thompson, VP, Communications, Heartland Dental

  • With a passion for people, engagement, and driving meaningful change, Jessica Thompson brings both heart and strategy to every role she takes on. Today, Jess leads the Communications, Events, and Social Media teams, shaping how Heartland connects with its people and the broader dental community. Jess is a true champion of culture, communication, and transformation.
Deanna Davis, Director of Strategic Projects, Specialty Smile Partners
  • Deanna Davis brings more than 20 years of orthodontic expertise to her role as Director of Strategic Projects at Specialty Smile Partners. With hands-on experience as a Lead Clinical Assistant, Treatment Coordinator, and Office Manager, she has a deep understanding of practice operations.

    For the past 10 years in the DSO space, Deanna has focused on developing and implementing standardized protocols that enhance patient care, improve efficiency, and ensure compliance. Her work includes designing clinical workflows, standardizing formulary and inventory systems, leading system implementations, and launching leadership and training initiatives that empower teams across multiple practices.
