With 30 diverse years in dental practice in both the United States and Canada, Julie Gaffney is a Registered Dental Hygienist who brings a wealth of expert knowledge in all aspects of the field. Throughout her extensive career, Julie has held positions including dental assistant, dental hygienist, specialty dental hygienist, office manager, educator, marketing specialist, author and international speaker. Julie’s passion lies in an excellent patient and team experience. As the Director of Clinical Development, she has the privilege of supporting teams to execute optimal patient care while fostering growth of the team and clinic. She and her team also work to integrate digital technology, AI and orthodontics for elevated patient education and comprehensive care.

Allison Boone, RDH is the Senior Director of Clinical Development and Learning at Passion Dental Group . With over 30 years of experience as a registered dental hygienist, she brings extensive clinical expertise and leadership to her role, supporting dental professionals through continuing education, mentorship, and advanced training.
Allison served for 10 years on the Council of the College of Registered Dental Hygienists of Alberta, including as President, where she contributed to regulatory leadership and professional advancement. She is a certified DISC facilitator and a graduate of the KOIS Center in Seattle, Washington, where she completed advanced clinical training.
A 1993 graduate of the University of Alberta, Allison has practiced in Alberta, British Columbia, and Nova Scotia, and continues to be a strong advocate for excellence in dental hygiene practice and education.
Martin Fecko is responsible for leading Dentalcorp's end-to-end patient journey, providing our network with the resources to build relationships with their local communities and deliver best-in-class patient experiences across every touchpoint.
Martin has extensive experience in brand building, strategic planning, and data-driven marketing. He holds a Bachelor of Administrative Studies degree specializing in Marketing from York University
Sanaz Nestorov is a dynamic and accomplished professional specializing in business development within the Dental Service Organization (DSO) and Special Markets sectors. Currently, she serves as the National Account Manager, Enterprise DSO at Align Technology, where she leverages her extensive expertise to drive growth and innovation.

Sanaz's educational background includes a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Biomaterials from the Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Toronto, and an Honours Bachelor of Science in Biology from the same institution. Her research has been published in prestigious journals such as the Journal of Dental Research and the Journal of the Canadian Dental Association, earning her several awards.
Throughout her career, Sanaz has held various pivotal roles in General Practice & Specialty Business Development for Manufacturing providing services & products in Implantology, Orthodontics, Endodontics, and Digital Workflow. Her expertise in strategic planning, market analysis, and relationship management has consistently led to exceptional results.
Sanaz is passionate about empowering women and promoting diversity within the dental industry. She is a dedicated advocate for collaboration, mentorship and professional development - actively participating in initiatives that support the advancement of women in the field.
