With more than 25 years of leadership experience working with dental organizations of all sizes, Kimberly Kwiecien is passionate about helping dentists and practice managers on their path to Great Dentistry.
In her current role as Director of Sales, Enterprise at Spear Education, she works closely with all sizes of dental organizations, universities, and corporations, to facilitate long-term sustained growth. She has a proven record of guiding strategic partners to ensure a smooth working relationship between companies and to facilitate mutual growth. Kimberly began her career in the dental industry 26 years ago where she gained expertise in various roles within the dental practice and educational settings. During this time, she found great satisfaction in assisting other clinicians to increase their skills and collaborating with other corporate partners. This prepared her well to pivot to a sales role in 2008, where she earned her spot as a top sales performer seven of the eight years. She has always been passionate about supporting others, especially women. She has served as a committee chair on DAWN – Diverse Allies and Women’s Network, as well as a member of WIN, Women’s Implantology Network. Kimberly is eager to continue this mission as a member of Spear Education’s Empow*Her Collective which is driven by Spear employees to empower, inspire, and invest in all women.

Having served in various roles ranging from clinical to administration, she enjoys using her extensive knowledge and experience to help companies implement a successful business model. Her true passion is to help others thrive by way of education, training, and personal development. Although current dental operations continue to lay the foundation for success in the dental field, Jessica recognizes the need for advanced innovation into our practices. Jessica has lived in various cities over the years and has more recently returned to her home state of Oklahoma to be near family and raise her two beautiful daughters, Everlee Mae and Magnolia Grace. She is married to her loving husband of five years Zachary Lamers. Jessica is actively involved in various groups, in and around Oklahoma, including the Central Oklahoma AADOM Chapter as well as a most recent group curated after the Women In DSO “Empower and Grow” Summit called Oklahoma Women in Dental Leadership-book club.
