Professional Development Committee 

The Professional Development Committee is dedicated to enhancing the skills and well-being of Women in DSO® members through mentorship, wellness initiatives, and fostering leadership growth. 

• Mentorship Subcommittee: Focused on cultivating mentoring relationships, this committee strengthens Women in DSO®'s flagship mentorship program. It aims to provide members with access to career opportunities, build confidence, and create lasting professional connections, particularly in male-dominated industries. 

• Wellness Subcommittee: This committee promotes physical, mental, and emotional well-being among members. It raises awareness, shares resources, and empowers women with tools to make healthy lifestyle choices, fostering a holistic approach to well-being. 

Education Committee 

The Education Committee works to support the professional growth of Women in DSO® members by offering virtual panels and blogs, with content designed to elevate members’ leadership skills. 

• emPower Networking Subcommittee & exChange Circles Subcommittee (Virtual Panels): These subcommittees organize virtual panels and networking events covering a wide range of topics critical to members' development as leaders in the DSO space. They are responsible for curating engaging content, coordinating speakers, and ensuring seamless event execution. 

• Blog Subcommittee: The Blog Committee plays a key role in soliciting, organizing, and publishing thought leadership content on the Women in DSO® blog. This platform showcases the insights and experiences of leaders, offering them an opportunity to share their expertise and gain recognition in the industry. 

Strategic Partnership Committee 

The Strategic Partnership Committee is dedicated to expanding Women in DSO®'s reach both domestically and globally by cultivating meaningful partnerships that drive growth and impact. We believe in the power of our mission to change lives—and we’ve developed a proven approach to making that happen. Now, we’re inviting organizations to join us in bringing that vision to life.

• Global Expansion Subcommittee – EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa): This subcommittee works on creating partnerships and strategies to expand Women in DSO®'s impact across the EMEA region. 

• Global Expansion Subcommittee – Canada: The Canada-focused subcommittee seeks to build relationships, enhance collaboration, and promote Women in DSO® within Canada.
