Gender parity isn't just about equal or the same opportunity for men and women.  Gender parity is the recognition that the business world and rules were established for the male sole breadwinner and that to succeed in the long run, businesses need to evolve to incorporate changes that ensure women can compete, contribute, and advance on a playing field with rules that adequately represent both men and women.
