    • Amanda McMains has more than 10 years of experience in the dental industry with both clinical and operational expertise. She began her career as a Registered Dental Hygienist before moving into practice management as an Operations Manager. Today, Amanda leads a team of four Enterprise Account Managers at Spear Education, where she partners with dental practices and organizations to drive growth, strengthen client relationships, and elevate patient care.

      She holds a master’s degree in healthcare administration and public health, and is passionate about developing others through education, coaching, and collaboration. Amanda also helps facilitate Spear’s Case Acceptance training for enterprise clients and serves as Co-Leader of EmpowHer Collective, Spear Education’s women’s leadership initiative. Her mission is to empower dental professionals—especially women in leadership—to thrive in their roles and create lasting impact for the patients and communities they serve.

  • Shannon Chin, Clinical Education Manager, Dental Care Alliance
    • Shannon Chin is the Clinical Education Manager at Dental Care Alliance, where she has made significant contributions over the past three years. With ten years of experience in the training and education sector, Shannon has honed her skills in creating comprehensive frameworks and strategic plans, from inception to implementation. Her expertise extends to improving engagement, retention, and productivity through tailored training and onboarding programs, meticulously designed to suit various positions, skill levels, and experiences.

      In addition to her current role, Shannon has worked in the Clinical, Tech, Business and Education sectors. This diverse background has equipped her with a unique perspective and a versatile skill set, enabling her to drive continuous improvement and streamline processes through root cause analysis. Shannon's strong passion for analytics, innovation, and efficiency enables her to leverage data to prove ROI, ensuring that every initiative is impactful and measurable while fostering a culture of learning and development.

    • Kristine Berry, MSEC, CDE, an accomplished leadership coach and learning strategist with more than twenty-five years of experience in oral health care, on both sides of the aisle, clinical-registered dental hygienist and operations. As Director of Training and Culture at Enable Dental, Kristine links learning investments to measurable business impact; provider level metrics through company-wide performance.
