What does it really take—physically and mentally—to train for and complete an Ironman? In this energizing workshop, six-time Ironman finisher Nick Malone shares the systems, mindset, and everyday practices that helped him achieve a personal best finish of 10 hours.

Nick translates the lessons of endurance sport into practical strategies for work and life—from building resilience and focus to managing stress and staying organized—so you can show up at your best, consistently.

Nick Malone is a 6-time Ironman finisher, with a best completion time of 10 hours. He started triathlon in 2018 as a means to build strength and endurance to apply to his racing in Formula Mazda. Within a year, he decided to dedicate his efforts entirely to triathlon. Over the last seven years, Nick has competed in various distance races, as well as competed as a relay team member, and held numerous podium positions. Nick is a retired Postal Mail Carrier, currently transitioning to a career as a professional Pilot. He is also a husband, and father to two wonderful daughters.
