During her tenure, Tanya has attained significant global experience at Henry Schein’s operations around the world and across various technology verticals. In her current position, Ms. Befus is responsible for leading Henry Schein One’s Global Human Resources function, including talent acquisition, organizational development and design, compensation, benefits, payroll, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, and employee relations. In addition to her global human resource responsibilities, her portfolio also encompasses strategic project leadership, system integrations, and software implementations, all anchored in global best practices.

With more than 20 years of experience in human resources, she specializes in employee relations, talent development, performance management, workplace investigations, and benefits and compensation strategy.
Throughout her career, Juliette has partnered with executive leadership to build high-performing teams, navigate complex employee relations matters, and implement people strategies that support organizational growth. Her work centers on fostering accountable, people-focused workplaces while ensuring compliance, thoughtful conflict resolution, and sustainable talent practices.
