Tanya Befus, Chief People Officer, Henry Schein One

  • Tanya Befus, Chief People Officer for Henry Schein One, is responsible for setting and overseeing the execution of the business’s overall people strategy and is a member of the Executive Management Committee.

    Since joining Henry Schein, Inc. in 1996, Tanya has held key positions including Vice President, Human Resources and Executive Director, Human Resources. During her tenure, Tanya has attained significant global experience at Henry Schein’s operations around the world and across various technology verticals. In her current position, Ms. Befus is responsible for leading Henry Schein One’s Global Human Resources function, including talent acquisition, organizational development and design, compensation, benefits, payroll, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, and employee relations. In addition to her global human resource responsibilities, her portfolio also encompasses strategic project leadership, system integrations, and software implementations, all anchored in global best practices.

Juliette Kilpatrick, Senior Director of People and Culture, Gen4 Dental Partners

  • Juliette Kilpatrick is the Senior Director of People and Culture at Gen4 Dental Partners, where she leads strategic initiatives focused on employee engagement, organizational development, and workplace culture across a growing dental services organization. With more than 20 years of experience in human resources, she specializes in employee relations, talent development, performance management, workplace investigations, and benefits and compensation strategy.

    Throughout her career, Juliette has partnered with executive leadership to build high-performing teams, navigate complex employee relations matters, and implement people strategies that support organizational growth. Her work centers on fostering accountable, people-focused workplaces while ensuring compliance, thoughtful conflict resolution, and sustainable talent practices. Juliette holds a BA in Human Resource Management from Michigan State University and is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certified by SHRM.

Nicola Deall, Chief People Officer, Dentalcorp

  • Nicola Deall is the Chief People Officer of Dentalcorp, Canada’s largest DSO and joined Dentalcorp in 2020 to lead the transformation of the People function as part of Dentalcorp’s growth strategy. As Chief People Officer, Nicola oversees the Company’s overall People and Culture strategy and leads the Human Resources, Recruitment, Total Rewards, Learning, Organizational Development and DC Institute teams. Before joining Dentalcorp Nicola held executive level HR roles in retail banking, digital, finance and media sectors in some of Australia’s largest companies including the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, NewsCorp, Perpetual Investments and started her career in private equity funded start-ups. Nicola has led human resources across Business Partnering, Organization Development, Recruitment, HRIS implementation, Total Rewards, Analytics, Diversity and Inclusion and Performance Culture. Nicola holds a Bachelor of Business degree from the University of Technology, Sydney. In 2025 Dentalcorp’s Recruitment teams won Canada’s Most Effective Recruitment Strategy in the Canadian HR Awards.

Tiffany Myers, Marketing & Brand Director, Rodeo Dental & Orthodontics

  • Tiffany Myers is the Marketing & Brand Director at Rodeo Dental, where she focuses on building scalable marketing strategies that drive patient growth while strengthening the patient experience across the organization. Since joining Rodeo, she has helped evolve the marketing function to better connect with patients and support office teams in delivering a consistent brand experience.

    New to the dental industry, Tiffany brings over 16 years of experience in brand and marketing leadership across restaurants, skincare, retail, and market research. Her cross-industry background shapes her approach to healthcare, bringing a strong focus on consumer experience, brand connection, and purposeful growth.
